Software as a Service

Built on Microsoft Office365 Teams​

Wellthly is a Microsoft Teams application that integrates with Outlook and can be provisioned as part of your organisations Standard Operating Environment.

Microsoft Teams applications come with the inbuilt security of the Office365 platform, managing access through Azure AD and your own Single Sign On.

Reporting can be downloaded and incorporated into your existing culture and engagement surveys at either a Personal, Departmental, or Organisational level.

Grindlay
Anita is a wellness strategist with extensive experience in wellbeing consulting and health management. With over 25 years of experience as a director, innovator, and consultant, she is well-equipped to lead and transform healthcare initiatives. Anita focuses on wellness ecosystem assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. As a master strategist, she collaborates with employees, private health insurers, and care coordination providers to integrate wellness through innovative strategies. Anita plays a crucial role in developing wellbeing initiatives, ensuring excellence in delivery and outcomes.

Troy

Morgan
Wellbeing Strategist and sought-after national speaker in the areas of wellbeing, leadership and culture. Troy has worked with many national corporates (including Australia Post, PWC, Virgin Australia), where he has consulted with executive teams of organisations to match company culture to wellbeing strategy. He follows through from consultation and planning phases to assist companies to develop bespoke digital ecosystems, from there, Troy oversees program implementation, reviewing and modifying through the lifecycle of the program and finally consolidating engagement and evaluation at the close of such projects.

Michael

Bennett
Michael is an experienced business strategist and sales leader who has worked for some of the world’s largest software and technology innovators, including Microsoft and Xerox. As a qualified Medical Scientist, he has worked in both Australian and UK pathology and seen firsthand the physiological impacts of avoidable risk factors and the resultant disease processes. This has driven his passion to improve individual health outcomes through the use of seamless software solutions that create awareness and effect behavioural change.

Phil

Randall
An experienced executive, project director and digital expert, Phil brings over 20 years experience in senior roles to the Wellthly leadership team. Phil has an accounting background, and a post graduate diploma in project management. He has worked extensively in the corporate world, and has used his wealth of experience to mentor start-ups in his roles as a volunteer mentor with the Rare Birds organisation and The Hive Collective.
